Job Profile :

- Managing and leading financial due diligence engagements.

- Analysing financial/operational results of target companies by reviewing their accounting records.

- Works to understand profit drivers and trends, challenge assumptions of future performance.

Skills Required:

- CA / MBA with 7 - 10 Years of working exp.

- Atleast 5 + years of relevant exp into FP&A / F&A / Statutory Audit / Financial Due Diligence / Financial Statement Analysis / Credit Analysis.

- Team management, Client management and Project Management.
