Financial Planning & Analysis Role - BFS/IT (10-15 yrs)
Financial Planning and Analysis- Noida
- Annual Budget, Forecast, and long-term Strategic Planning of 3-5 years
- Support senior management in monthly Finance reviews by preparing reports and presentations like ADCOM PPT, Roadshow PPT, Monthly decks, and Gross Margin Analysis.
- Weekly, Monthly, and Adhoc analysis by constantly reviewing the Business KPIs and update management on the same.
- Should be able to handle queries and engage in meaningful conversation with Business Partners, Controllers, and EMEIA region on Weekly / Monthly results.
- Analysing Standard cost rates with SL controllers
- Design and develop new Dashboards by leveraging the latest tools like Power BI or Advance excel.
- Provide ways to continuously optimize and improve deliverables format, work process, and system function to improve work efficiency and quality.
- Responsible for performance appraisal and evaluation of subordinate employees in this department and provide an opinion for future development direction and planning of the team.
- Meets and Manages deadlines effectively.
