- Comprehensive experience in budgeting, cost controls, digitalization, MIS, Analysis, Management reporting, P&L, NPA reporting. Experience to convert large unorganized data into precise decision-making data. Multi department experience with ability to connect across teams, age groups and hierarchies.

Overall - Managing 30000 crs loan book, Supporting 5 business heads,10-member team, 5 products

- Physical to digital journey - Converting physical data to digital data for easy to generate one pager analysis. Easy comparison of Actuals vs KRA's across the hierarchies.

- Analysis - Trend analysis of current data and predict future based on them.

- Cost management - Support business heads with relevant data to minimize cost.

- Budgeting - Drive annual budgeting and laying down strong budgetary control mechanism.

- MIS - Developed robust MIS mechanism and sharing with channels and management periodically.
