- Physical to digital journey - Converting physical data to digital data for easy to generate one pager analysis. Easy comparison of Actuals vs KRA's across the hierarchies.
- Analysis - Trend analysis of current data and predict future based on them.
- Cost management - Support business heads with relevant data to minimize cost.
- Budgeting - Drive annual budgeting and laying down strong budgetary control mechanism.
- MIS - Developed robust MIS mechanism and sharing with channels and management periodically.
