- Cost projection & Optimization
- Analysis of Variance
- Provisioning for various employee cost components
- Preparing MIS for senior management
- Working closely with HR, Payroll and other teams for employee cost management
- MIS Analysis & Exception Management MIS Analysis across all parameters for BBH Review.
- Identification of Critical Areas for Improvement.
- Exception Management for the Region.
- Providing Decision Support through various Reports and Comparisons in sync with Management Objectives.
- Business Planning & Monitoring Assisting Region in Budget Formulations across all Products.
- Responsible for Business Forecasting and Monitoring Performance against Forecasts.
- Formulation of Action Plans for improvement in critical areas through discussion with relevant stakeholders.
- Timely Reporting as per Statutory Banking Guidelines.-
National Level Initiatives & Programs/ Drives Supporting BBH/RH in driving National Level Drives and Initiatives allocated.
- Coordinating with all stakeholders for efficient running of these initiatives.
