Financial Planning & Analysis Role - B2B SaaS Firm (2-6 yrs)
Looking for Finance professionals from Financial Planning and Analysis background to join our dynamic and innovative team. FP&A team deep dives and analyzes performance and based on key metrics ensures that the Company makes sound financial decisions. As an FP&A member, work is largely focused around modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics, and is used by leadership to make strategic company decisions.
Role & Responsibilities -
- Building the short, medium and long range plans/forecasts with detailed drill downs and inputs from internal and external sources
- Manage the production and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial presentations
- Perform P&L and Cash analysis for all forecasting cycles, including understanding the variances and related risks and opportunities to the current forecast
- Contribute to decision making by regularly monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends, analyzing causes of variance, profitability, and performance measurement.
- Maintain, improve and improvise the various financial dashboards for reporting performance
- Manage management, internal stakeholder and investor requirements
- Provide analytical, financial modeling and decision-making support for ad-hoc analyses
- Lead projects to automate and scale reporting on key capacity metrics and growth drivers
- Ensure data integrity across the multiple systems in the organization
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
Qualifications and requirements:
- 2+ years of Finance experience in a B2B SaaS company
- CA preferred
- Must possess advanced Excel, Data Management and PowerPoint skills
- Strong Work Ethic, highly Results Oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and must be highly organized
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, the ability to deal with ambiguity, and can work successfully and effectively with cross-functional teams
- ERP experience with SAP. Software systems experience with Tableau is a plus
