Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Partnering, Budgetary control & Analysis, Monthly Finance closing, Pricing decisions, MIS & Dashboard presentation, Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis, Budgetary Control, Financial Modeling, Scenario Analysis, Pricing approval of Cost sheets, Competition Benchmarking Finance Planning - Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models price forecasting. - Budget finalizations and key variance drivers analysis on monthly basis. - Competition Analyses-Analysing the financials of competition and comparing the performances. - Serve as professional to prepare and execute financial strategies, acquisition plans to maximize synergies and financial benefits. - EBITDA analysis on monthly basis and suggestion to management for the improvement in revenues and production. - Profitability Management/Cost Management/Product Planning/Market share composition analyses Business Planning & Forecasting - Interact with business team to develop and ensure efficient annual budgets and rolling forecasts. - Responsible to raise alarms and suggest clear actions to meet the Gross Margin & Operating profit target. Analysis & Management Reporting - Responsible for publishing management results monthly with all variance analysis and highlights. - Responsible for Internal business review and presenting the key drivers affecting the business. - Effective MIS to support decision making. - Business partnering with Category teams by providing meaningful analysis to drive better Gross Margins. - Responsible for India Business Forecast Submissions, Operations Review with detailed analysis & Month end reporting.
