Financial Planning & Analysis- Client Services - Asset Management Looking for a professional with 4-8 Years of experience preferably in Financial Planning & Analysis, Allocation and Business Finance. The specific team is responsible for day-to-day servicing of institutional and other client accounts. The incumbent will be responsible for stakeholder management, Financial Reports. Partnering with CIO's and their respective CFOs to drive transformational change to financial processes to ensure accuracy, stability, efficiency, and transparency 2. Creating decks for senior management that clearly articulate the financial story/strategy and provide insights/recommendations on financial metrics and trends 3. Partnering across the firm to develop financial management solutions and toolsets leveraging best practices and creative thinking that allow for consistent/streamlined processes 4. Supporting all financial processes and reporting including actuals, budget, forecast of various financial and headcount metrics and scenarios/views including general ledger, program/project, taxonomy, product, application, allocations and business case financials 5. Creating dynamic financial management reporting and partner with Finance & Business Management teams to track and report various financial results and metrics (i.e., actuals/forecast vs. budget) 6. Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial reporting and presentations and develop subject matter expertise and mentor few team members. Key Requirements: 1. Degree required - degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred 2. 4+ years' experience in financial management / accounting environment with previous experience supporting Technology organizations preferred 3. Advanced systems skills required including in-depth knowledge of Excel, Essbase and PowerPoint, understanding of Tableau 4. Good understanding and working knowledge in Allocation process 5.
