Our Client, one of India's Leading and Largest Affordable Housing Companies is seeking experienced candidates for the role of 'Financial Planning & Analysis' (FP&A) at their Mumbai Office.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordination and delivery of the annual plan

- Analysis of business performance

- Developing Management reports and variance analysis (against financial performance metrics)

- Cost Analysis

- Peer benchmarking

- Board Meeting presentations

- Branch Profitability Analysis.

DESIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

- CA / CFA with 2-5 years of PQE

- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in BFSI Industry is Mandatory
