About our Client - Our client is listed Pharmaceutical business with operations across 45 countries and diversified verticals across Consumer products and Health care products. They have had a strong track record of growth across all verticals and looking to expand their Finance team based in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting to the Financial controller you would be solely responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis for their Pharmaceutical business. As a summary of your responsibilities:

- Be as a single point contact from Finance for businesses for all their finance related requirements and resolving issues

- Work with the Franchises to draw up and finalise their business plans

- Work with the business partners to draw up and finalise their long range Forecasts

- Work as a Finance business partner to the vertical and assist them in achieving their targets

- You would generate, analyse and distribute MIS on a regular basis to all concerned

- Take ownership of Financials for the business and have healthy and meaningful discussions with Franchise heads

- Understand the financials in depth, continuously monitor them, analyse the variances as compared to the budget, identify the gaps or potential risks to the business

- Should be able to work on special pricing proposals and ascertain their impact on the business

- Doing sensitivity analysis and scenario building for various proposals / projects that one may be required to work

- You would work with franchises to design their incentive plans, work out the financial impact and also analytically validate the actual incentive payouts

The Successful Candidate - You are Chartered accountant (Preferably first attempt) from 2004 to 2006 with MNC experience either in FMCG or Pharmaceuticals. You must had at least 2 to 3 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis and must be well well versed in IGAAP and USGAAP. You must have strong communication, leadership abilities and be a good team player.
