Financial Planning & Analysis/MIS Role - Private Equity Fund Firm (2-5 yrs)
- Incumbent shall work as an Associate or Senior Associate in FP&A & MIS role with fund.
- This role will work closely with CFO and lead the financial planning, analysis & MIS for all portfolios of Fund along with managing accounting & compliance of the fund.
- Prepare detailed business plans for portfolios
- Monitoring and analyzing the monthly MIS of the portfolio
- Monitoring statutory and other contractual compliance of the portfolio
- Preparing and presenting investor reports
- Managing tax compliances of fund & management company
- Financial modeling, deal support and due diligence support of investment/divestment transactions
Candidate profile required:
- CA with 2-5 yrs of exp.
- Prefer exp. of Big 4
- Articled from Big4
- May have exp. in due diligence, fp&a or similar exp.
- Must understand PE funds business model
- Strong modeling exp.
