Job Description - Reporting to AVP FP&A, your responsibilities include:

- Prepare monthly overview of P&L along with variance analysis of actual v/s the planned numbers

- Detailed expense analysis for all the cost centers, produce monthly reports on summary of the drivers of expenses and identify the potential productivity improvement areas

- Managing a team of professionals

- Liaise with various regions for inputs in commentary

- Periodic business review meetings with senior management of India & onshore locations

The Successful Candidate -

- You are a qualified CA with 6-10 years of relevant experience within the financial services domain.

- Along with an experience of dealing with onshore partners you would have excellent communication and presentation skills.
