Financial Planning & Analyst

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. This is a remote position with working hours from 3 PM to 12 AM. As a Financial Planning & Analyst, you will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, contributing to the companys financial strategy and decision-making. You will work closely with the finance team to provide valuable insights, optimize financial performance, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

- Provide timely and accurate financial reports and variance analysis to management.

- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial data is accurately captured and reported.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

- Assist in preparing financial models and projections to support business decisions.

- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial insights on key performance metrics.

- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and prepare presentations for senior management.

- Support the finance team with other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- CA Intermediate completed (mandatory).

- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or similar roles.

- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling.

- Proficient in MS Excel and financial software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
