Financial Planning & Analysis Role - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Role Overview:

- As an FP&A Analyst, you'll manage complex financial models, drive strategic decision-making, and support long-term planning.

- Your role will involve real-time performance monitoring, business valuation, and leading digital transformation in financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial modeling for long-range planning (1-2-5 years) across all SBUs.

- Develop tools for capital allocation and management decision-making.

- Build business valuation models and track key financial metrics.

- Create KPI-based variance reports to monitor forecasts vs actuals.

- Collaborate with Investor Relations on fundraising, debt strategies, and special projects.

- Drive digital transformation through financial dashboards and data analytics.

- Conduct sensitivity analysis for risk and opportunity simulation.

- Monitor EV industry trends and competitive landscape.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills.

- Proficient in Excel, Macros, and PowerPoint; ERP systems (SAP preferred).

- 6-8 years of FP&A experience with strong forecasting and modeling expertise.

- Independent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- MBA or Engineering degree from a Tier 1/2 university with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
