Financial Operations Role - Construction Firm - CA

Exp: Total experience required 5-7 years with 5 years minimum relevant experience in managing end to end Finance operations in organizations of repute.

Qualification: Qualified Charted Accountant

Role:

1. Review our financial status incl. usage of assets, financing costs, cash flows, options for financing, liquidity etc.

2. Develop mechanisms to ensure efficient use of finance within the organization i.e. ROI ratios, or ROA ratios that can be implemented

3. Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.

4. Create a long term financial strategy for the organization.

5. Make AOP as per business requirements.
