Financial Modelling Role - Transaction Advisory Services - IIM/IIFT/IIT/FMS

Location: Delhi

Deliver financial modeling and transaction advisory services and support seniors for interaction with a client throughout delivery by developing the in-depth knowledge of financial models, structures and contracts in order to ensure best quality service to clients

No Accountabilities :

Major Activities :

1. Delivery of Transactions: Develop knowledge and deliver high-quality work under the guidance of senior members in following areas in order to meet clients' expectations on timeliness, accuracy, and completeness

i. Develop and audit high-end, complex financial models by analyzing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis in order to ensure compliance with project documents and applicable accounting & taxation practices as well as achieve international quality standards

ii. Support business valuations and investment analysis through due diligence and valuations exercises in order to evaluate businesses for investment opportunities

iii. Review project documents to assess the commercial and contractual implications, under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing structures

- Support in design and development of solutions for clients by gathering information, conducting analysis in order to enable the design of best solutions for clients

- Prepare reports, information memoranda, summary and presentations as required by the nature of assignments

- Participate in negotiations of commercial and contractual aspects of the projects with banks/financial institutions, contractors, and other third parties under the guidance of senior members in order to get their buy-in on Synergy's point of view/ recommendations

2. Client Interaction - Interacts with client representatives to gather information, transaction updates and seek clarifications

3. Business Development - Conducts secondary research client or sector, analyze data and produce reports to provide understanding and insights for business development

- Supports in designing solutions and creating proposal documents to enable the team win the transaction

Educational qualifications :

- MBA / PGDM (in Finance) from premier institutions. (IIM-A, B,C, L, I, K), IIFT, IIT-D, FMS

- Skills and capabilities required to execute the role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure

- Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary team

- Other Requirements: Open to international travel
