Financial Modelling Role - Pharma

Partner with the Executive Dir to ensure consistent business support. Specifically, this role will support the success of individual development teams by partnering with Sr Directors to maintain key project execution processes and tools.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Partner with Executive/Sr Dir to create content for presentations for meetings with key business partners

- Partner with Executive/Sr Dir to document minutes, decisions and actions from key meetings as needed

- Partner with Sr Dir to accurately forecast and validate financial summaries

- Assist teams with navigation of the invoicing/purchasing process (creating invoices, and communication with third parties to ensure proper invoicing)

- Monitor Ariba for accuracy in invoicing charges and update invoice owner as needed

- Consults with development team to understand variances to the plan/forecast and reasons for the discrepancies.

- Assist in maintaining project planning tools

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Skills/Competencies:

- Graduation in Life Science/ MBA

- 2-5 years of post-qualification experience with creating financial models (budgets, variances, capex proposals) and presenting information to senior management

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and influence cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated ability to work and influence external partners

- Ability to multi-task and work on several initiatives at the same time

- Effectively use office tools to create content and communicate project outcomes (Excel, power point, etc)

- Operations/Project Management experience

Preferred Skills - Experience in pharma or scientifically related field
