Position: Internal Audit Education: CA ROLE: - Facilitate &amp; participate in an annual risk assessment excercise to identify the key risks to organization. - Engage with key personnel in the organization to incorporate assessment of key risks in their processes/ functions. - Facilitate development of a risk based annual audit plan, ensuring key risks are included for the assessment. - Ensure that processes having a significant impact on financial statements, are included in the audit plan. - Contribute towards improving audit management protocols &amp; procedures, and ensure partner compliance to the same. - Ensure timely and comprehensive coverage of audits as per the annual audit plan. - Facilitate exit meetings with process owners, and ensure agreement on audit observations and action plans. - Monitor &amp; report implementation of management action plans arising from audit observations. - Ensure quality of audit reports
