Jd's for Tranisition Diligence

- Fddr, person should be open to do financial due diligence.

- It's a front end role Not at all backend.

- They will be part of larger and live deals.

- Who so ever is doing deep dive analysis of balance sheet. p/l accounts should have knowledge and work on due diligence.

- Should be able to make 40 pager report this will help clients whether to buy/sell or whether they should go for merger or not

- Manager /AD are open

- CA with front end practice with 5 years of experience can show for manager

Qualification : CA/MBA in Finance
