Financial Distribution Role - Supply Chain Finance - FMCG (6-10 yrs)
Position is working with financial institution into digitize B2B trade and enable Corporate Supply Chains to capture their entire receivable and payable trades electronically and finance them through partner Banks and Financial Institutions
- Sourcing and business development role, clearly looking for driven individuals who focus on getting things done
- Individual needs to be self-initiated, capable of working with minimum supervision and be ambitious in achieving targets
- Business development experience in managing distributors/dealers in a region for a FMCG/Paints company (ideally a mid-tier successful brand)
- Candidate should have a superlative career record including out of turn promotions and achieving numbers
- Key expectation is to have very good understanding of the unit economics of distribution including credit terms and very good relationship with the distributors/dealers
- Good understanding of credit quality of the distribution chain is also vital
- Curiosity with business models in other distribution businesses and with technology will be added advantage
- The individual will create and drive the GTM plan to achieve agreed targets
- Responsible for leveraging the distributor-next in line dealer/retailer relationships and then work and extend the program with other brands using the same distributor/dealer/retailer
- Number of borrowers and overall AUM will be key targets
