Financial Controller - Startup - CA (10-16 yrs)

Job Description :

1. Review of Financial Statement (P&L, BS, CF) with stakeholders with detailed and relevant commentaries on the movement month to month

2. Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization

3. Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.

4. Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.

5. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities

6. Ensure that effective internal control IFC are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local laws and rules for financial and tax reporting

7. Oversee international accounting and compliance with local GAAP

8. Experience to Ind As/IFRS /US GAAP

9. Publicly listed company experience will be preferable

10. Experience with implementation of Global ERP

11. Expertise in Accounting /Compliance/ Direct & Indirect Taxation, FP&A, Treasury

12. Managing the relationship with Statutory auditors/internal auditors

13. Manage the working capital and dealing with internal & external stakeholders

14. Close liaising with all the business terms on commercial contracts as well as all matters relates to their business P&Ls

15. Manage domestic and international finance teams

16. Manage financial due diligence

SELECTION CRITERIA :

ESSENTIAL :

1. CA with Exceptional leadership in overall management of Accounting & Finance function of the organization.

2. 10+ years of experience

3. Highly developed communication and presentation skills

4. Proven track record of achieving targets. Demonstrate expertise leading a county operation in a Head Role, managing, and improving process.

5. Proven record in developing capability in subordinates via coaching, mentoring and robust application of Performance Management processes

6. High on work ethics & result orientation

7. Change Management and business transformation acumen.
