Financial Controller (Global - R&D)

Required for a leading Manufacturing Company having a turnover of over Rs US$ 2 Billion.

The incumbent should be a Qualified CA / ICWA with around 10 to 16 years of post qualification experience in Controlling, Budgeting, MIS and Compliance etc in R&D of mid size or large size manufacturing / Automobile / FMCG / CPG /Pharma Company.

R&D Finance & Controlling experience is must for this role.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Evaluation of strategic vision, compliance to budget, performance measurement and also exploring process optimization possibilities in order to have cost savings for the organization

- Process Optimization & Compliance

- Cost analysis, cost optimization and business case validation

- Performance measurement

- CAPEX budget compliance and post completion audits

- Actual monitoring, analysis and timely reporting

- Budgeting/ Forecasting

- Preparation of Capital Requests and assurance of accurate Investment Controlling

- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures or guidelines provided by Corp. Controlling.

- Ensure dashboard preparation and presentation to management on monthly / quarterly basis with relevant financials KPIs
