Responsibilities include but are not limited to : - Prepare and provide accurate Monthly/Quarterly financial reports : PL,Balance Sheet etc.as per Indian GAAP and IFRS. - Responsible for all statutory fillings required under various statutes including but not limited to Income Tax, GST,Companies Act,2013,PF,ESICetc. - Keep management abreast of cash flow status on regular basis. - Liasion with various external stakeholders like bankers,rating agencies etc and provide the requirements on timely basis. - To liaison with auditors and get the Financials approved with out any qualification in a timely manner. - Recommending changes in office practices and procedures to improve processes. - Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures. - Oversee office procedures, especially as it pertains to bookkeeping. - Prepare and assist with development of annual budget. Help ensure annual budget targets are met. - Supervise and manage all office staff. Be responsible for the quality and accuracy of their work. - Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs and actual expenditures. - Liaison with field offices on regular basis to get the desired results. Qualifications : - Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and Trustworthy;a proactive,hands-on strategic thinker who will own, in partnership with the top management. - CA with experience of around 10+ years required - Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll. - ERP exposure is a must (preferably in Microsoft Navision) - Commitment to mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team; the foresight and ability to delegate accordingly - Keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus. simple reporting - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management, board or other outside partners - Ability and desire to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels including finance and non-finance managers
