Financial Controller - Listed NBFC

Our Client is one of the fast-growing listed NBFCs in Hyderabad

Reporting directly to the CFO, the incumbent would be responsible for managing a team of 10 & be in-charge of :

- Ensuring that all accounting records (books of accounts), financial statements and other financial reports are accurate and duly comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements

- Ensuring that the company complies with all GST & other taxes and that all filings with the respected authorities are done on time and that there are no outflows / fines/ levies imposed on account of non-compliance

- Reviewing the Funds position, and monitoring key activities like critical payments, collections, financial systems & GAAP implementation

- Engaging with auditors (internal / external), ensure that all accounts are duly audited on time

The Successful Candidate should:

- Be a qualified CA with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience with prior experience in NBFC/MFI/Financial Services domain

- Be well-versed with financial controls & regulatory reporting

- Have managed teams in the past & possess external stakeholder management skills
