Financial Controller - NBFC - CA

About our client:

- Our client is one of the fast-growing NBFC's in Mumbai backed by an Indian Conglomerate

Responsibilities would include:

- Ensuring that all accounting records, FS, BS closure and other financial reports are accurate and duly comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements (RBI/NHB)

- Reviewing and monitoring activities like critical payments, collections, financial systems and GAAP Implementation

- Ensuring that the company complies with all GST & other taxes and that all filings with the respective authorities are done on time and there are no outflows

- Engaging with auditors (internal/external),

- Financial Planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS Activities

-Reporting directly to the CFO

The successful candidate would have-

- Be a qualified CA with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience with a prior experience in NBFC /HFC / MFI / Financial Services domain / Big 4 FS Audit

- Be well versed with financial controls and regulatory reporting

- Have managed teams in the past & possess external stakeholder management skills
