Financial Controller - Mining - CA

We are hiring for a Financial Controller for a reputed MNC based in Colombia.

Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Language : Spanish Speaking is mandatory

Responsibilities :

- Manage the accounting, tax, and treasury functions

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

- Develop financial and tax strategies

- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction

- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions

- Oversee the issuance of internal and external financial information

- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry

- Construct and monitor reliable control systems across the various functions

- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts

- Monthly reporting of management accounts

- Full year Audit and Filing of Tax returns
