About the Position : - Considerable experience in Business/Corporate Finance roles, the incumbent will be responsible for end to end finance including Financial Planning and Analysis, Reporting, Compliance, Controlling, People Development. - The incumbent must have experience in other functional areas like HR, Supply Chain, Admin, IT etc or keen interest and ability to do more than finance & accounting - Reporting to the CFO, the incumbent will be expected to be an effective Business Partner and will be expected to participate in business decisions. Growth Opportunity : - The incumbent will be well placed in the organisation; as part of succession planning can move onto the CFO position, and/or move globally as they have a culture of promoting people internally.
