Financial Controller - Manufacturing/Accounting Firm - CA (20-25 yrs)
Financial Controller
- Lead controllership operations - Reporting, taxation, treasury, compliance,risk management,audit, forecasting
- Provide leadership and guidance to specific SBU finance operations.
- Provide insights through Industry inputs & competition bench marking
- Drive end to end process excellence through Shared Service Centre
- Work with IT on Finance IT architecture and drive digital adoption
- Provide monthly / quarterly high qualitative MIS for management review and analysis
- Monitor and drive working capital improvements
- Ensure smooth and effective functioning of shared services.
- Ensure IFC and ITGC controls in place
- CA-First Attempt with minimum 20 years of experience in controllership function with Manufacturing company
- Should have experience in working with 5000cr + turnover company
- Strong financial, accounting and controls orientation
- Ability to define, simplify, standardise processes and implement best practices
- Proactive thinking and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
