Financial Controller - Healthcare

Responsibilities:

- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations

- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts

- Oversee cash flow and cash management and company audits

- Prepare regular financial statements and reports

- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions

- Review, negotiate, advise & execute financial transactions ranging from new business ventures, equity & debt financing, etc

- Responsible for coordination & completion of external audit

- Would be required to visit facilities across India to oversee audit, etc

- Responsible for any other matter relevant to the position as may be determined by the management of the company from time to time

Qualifications:

- Strong finance-based analytical skills

- 6-12 years' of finance experience

- Corporate Finance experience

- Qualified and registered Chartered Accountant mandatory

- Experience of working with Big 4 Statutory Audit firms is preferrable

- Willing to relocate to Chandigarh
