Financial Controller - FMCG (12-20 yrs)
- One of our clients, a Leading MNC FMCG company is looking out for a Regional Controller to be based at Mumbai.
- The ideal incumbent should be a CA/CPA with 12 to 20 years experience, preferably in FMCG (Manufacturing -set up ) industry.
- The individual would be responsible for Pan India Controller responsibility and would be responsible to develop and maintain integrated financial systems that provides accurate information to company leaders and regulatory agencies in a timely manner.
- The individual should have very good experience and understanding of financial regulations, particularly taxation and compliance.
- Implementation of strong internal controls and through the development of appropriate measurements.
- Participate in the company's Quality Commitment Process through continuous improvement of all Financial work processes.
- Responsible for accounting/finance operations including capital investment forecasting, and annual and quarterly financial budgets and forecasts.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining accurate product costs in accordance with company costing policies.
- Working closely with the Cost Analysts and Plant Leaders, maintain a strong system of internal controls
- Oversee and Guide the Internal Audit team to define Scope of Internal Audit and Follow up of open Internal Audit Points
- Provide appropriate financial and operational measurement and analyses as required by various plant and corporate leaders.
- Responsible for the plant's capital budgeting process.
