Financial Controller - FinTech Startup

We have urgent job opening for Financial Controller for Well funded fintech startup for Mumbai .

Job Responsibilities :

- Preparation of fund raising collaterals

- Meetings with investors and Negotiations

- End to end compliance for Investor onboarding

- Managing investor relations team

- Managing legal compliances for the group

- Managing accounting, auditing and compliance

- Business segment wise and Location wise analysis and board reporting

- MIS reporting for management and Investors

- Evaluation of acquisition opportunities and collaboration/alliances opportunities

- Understand key drivers of the P&L and explaining cause of changes to leadership against Annual Budget and Forecast.

- Provide overall support for the period end results and presenting summary to Founder.

- Rolling up monthly and quarterly official forecasts and preparing presentation for region Founder

. - Submission of annual operating plan (AOP) and scenarios preparation.

- Working with multiple Finance functions to deliver Period forecast.

- Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reports and dashboards.

- Presentation of Monthly forecast and Operating forecast to Founder

- Collaborate with sales and finance functions on ad-hoc projects.

- Driving efficiency through automation and creating better presentation in form of dashboards.
