Financial Controller - FinTech - CA (6-12 yrs)

About our client: Our Client is one of the leading Fintech company in the country based out of Bangalore

Job Description:

The position would report to Chief Financial Officer & be responsible for:

- Managing the end to end finance, accounts & controls for the Fintech

- Preparation & overview of financial statements and related schedules, budget and financial forecasts

- Ensuring adherence to regulatory compliances & interaction with the regulator if need be

- Coordinating statutory as well as internal/external audits for FY end including liaising with the auditors

- Managing working capital with reference to cash flow and debt

- Managing the taxation aspects of the business along with filing returns and litigation

- Mentor & manage a team of direct reportees in their respective functions

The Successful Candidate would:

- Be a qualified CA with 6-12 years of post-qualification experience in financial controllership and team management

- Should have atleast 3 years of experience of working as a Financial Controller in NBFC\Fintech\Lending platform or working as a Statutory Auditor in a big 4 set up in the financial services team

- Possess a thorough understanding of accounting, financial reporting & controllership

- Should possess good stakeholder management skills and clear communication
