Finance Manager - Consolidation and compliance Position Summary : Looking for a high performance self-driven individual to handle entire gamut of&nbsp;Accounting, monthly closure of books, consolidation, reporting, statutory compliance and audits for&nbsp;group companies. Responsibilities : - Timely closing of books on monthly basis &amp; submission of results for the group - Ensuring that the timelines with respect to Statutory and Internal audit is timely met. No adverse&nbsp;audit observations - Design and implement key financial controls over financial reporting and enhance the overall&nbsp;financial governance system through proactive actions. - Understand and apply knowledge of accounting policies, standards and concepts relating to&nbsp;revenue recognition, cost accruals, fixed assets accounting, Crypto inventory accounting and&nbsp;group intercompany transactions - Monthly review of Balance sheet and Profit &amp; Loss account. Detect accounting anomalies while&nbsp;conducting financial reviews to ensure that reported numbers are free from error at the month,&nbsp;quarter and year end. - Coordinate with transactional processing teams members ensuring both timeliness and accuracy&nbsp;of transactions in ledgers - Standardize and streamline accounting processes. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement and undertake continuous improvement projects - Good knowledge of Accounting Standards, Ind AS, working knowledge of IFRS Qualification and experience : - Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of work experience preferable from Technology sector with&nbsp;exposure to digital inventory Requirements : - Sound knowledge of Tally (ERP) and Navision - Exposure to multicurrency accounting system - Manage a team size of 2-3 members - Good knowledge of Indian Direct and Indirect Tax laws - Thorough knowledge of advance excels and ability to deliver within aggressive deadlines - Experience in driving Finance Transformations projects / ERP implementation - Should be good in articulation, team player and matured soft skills to interact with management. - Should have worked in similar role Salary : As per industry standards Location : Ahmedabad Joining : Immediate
