Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for :

- Serving as a pivotal member of the finance team responsible for controllership, financial reporting, taxation, operations, IND-AS, compliance etc as a team leader

- Support decision making by providing timely inputs on strategic matters relating to finance, compliance and taxation areas & maintain strong investor relations

- Overseeing financial reporting & coordinating audits (internal & external) and regulatory compliance

- Strengthen the finance & accounts team that helps provide seamless and timely support to the business

The Successful Applicant:

- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in high-growth consumer-tech/fintech firms or the lending FS domain

- Should have significant experience in senior stakeholder management and team management

- Must have good interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders

- Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
