Our client is a leading Financial Services firm based in Mumbai
Job Title : Financial Controller
Job Location : Andheri, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- Compliance with Reporting requirements in line with Statutory requirements - I GAAP, IND AS incl supervising the accounts team to prepare the accounts
- Audit - ensure clean audits - limited review, annual audit
- Meet Board and Investor requirements
- Analytics - Review P&L to drive profitability in structured manner
- Automate processes to bring efficiency into timelines
- Leadership to work in difficult situations
- Preparation of the budget and financial forecast and reporting of variances
- Ensure all tax and regulatory compliances
- Ensure all regulatory reporting
Desired Qualification & Skills :
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (1st / 2nd attempt) with minimum 7 - 8 years of relevant work experience
- Should have worked with Banks / NBFCs
- Strong background on Accounts/ Controller activities in a leadership role
- Analytical Mindset & Good at numbers
- Presentation Skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
