Financial Controller/Finance Head

As we prepare for our upcoming IPO in two years, we seek a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure our financial health and compliance as we transition to a publicly traded company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.

2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

3. Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports.

4. Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

5. Support month-end and year-end close processes.

6. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

7. Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.

8. Assist in the preparation for the IPO, including ensuring all financial documentation is for regulatory filings.
