Financial Controller - CA - NBFC (10-13 yrs)
- Accounting and Performance Measurements
- Preparation of monthly financial metrics and Key business drivers specific presentation.
- Root cause analysis of key movements in monthly P & L items.
- Forecasting trend of P & L items considering various business and macro-economic factors.
- Budgeting and Forecast Process
- Maintain budget of expenses and P&L items to cater the business.
- Provide forecasting report of Sales, EBITDA, ROI, Net Profit etc. based on trends and business factors.
- Provide forecasted report of Quarterly, half yearly and yearly
- Working Capital requirement and Cash flow.
Data Analysis :
- Monthly variance reports, risks & opportunities, flash reporting (pre month end estimates of expense)
- Prepare various reports to cater the management needs and provide exception reporting.
- Provide Ratio Analysis report with Past periods, benchmark and Competitors.
Compliance Management :
- Review of Statutory Compliance Listing to incorporate changes in applicable laws
- Perform test check of critical statutory compliance of the company on half yearly basis and provide exception reporting to management.
- Standard Operating Process Manuals
- Review and update SOPs basis changes in business structures and processes
- Co-ordinate with user department for developing new process manuals or revalidation of existing process manuals.
Fund Raising would be a major part :
- Meeting with investors.
