Financial Controller - CA - Manufacturing (8-10 yrs)
- Sharing of GM for respective Divisions & product families - and presenting the GM analysis /trending analysis by zones / by region /national level - with Strategic Analytics and inputs.
- Give strategic inputs w.r.t. Pricing strategy to CMG HO and Regional Managers - to grow the GM on an Opex /operational level
- Provisioning and Budgeting for CMG business w.r.t. pay-outs towards channel Commissions, Annual Channel Incentives / rebates, Channel programs / schemes etc.
- Own up the vetting process for Channel related Pay outs w.r.t. statutory Audit norms and Initiate the Disbursement to the channels - post audits etc.
- ROI analysis of various channel schemes / programs run across the country with inputs.
- Work closely with CMG HO towards Launching the - Channel Finance- framework for channels in next 3 months - with the right Bank / NBFO - once shortlisted by Thermax corporate Finance.
- Risk assessment w.r.t. Credit worthiness of channels and Assigning the optimum Credit Limits for the channel - and tracking the Channel DSO - monthly / Spot DSO basis for - some of the businesses.
