Job Description - The AGM Finance position heads the financial reporting, costing and business planning. The individual would look after budgeting, costing, MIS reporting, profitability analysis, debtor and creditors management, etc.

Our client is a pioneer in the manufacturing of precision machinery. With a huge campus at Belgaum, our client has some of the most reputed clients in the space. They are now looking for a strategic individual to manage their accounts and finance function.
Description
As the AGM Finance, you would be reporting to the CEO and Head of Finance. The key responsibilities include:
- Day today activities for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget, and general accounting
- Preparation of reports and data collection for developing and directing financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth, and market opportunities
- Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, and ensure cash resources are available for daily operations and business and product development
- Set-up and/or oversee all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization
- Analyse current and future business operations and plans to determine financial effectiveness in consultation with CFO
- MIS preparation
Profile
As the successful candidate, you are a qualified Chartered Accountant with 7 to 12 years of post qualification experience in a financial controlling role, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
The candidate should be open to a six-day working week.
