CTC range 1.cr to 2 cr

Job Specifications - The candidate should be CA with at least 15 to 20 years of post-qualification experience of this at least 5 to 10 years experience of real estate industry.

- To Supervise, Monitor & ensure Payables, & Receivables are functioning as per the set protocols and identify the improvement areas.

- The candidate must have an expertise of Finance, Cash Flows, MIS.

- Gender - Male, Preferably around 45 to 50 years of age

Leadership of the Dept:

- To lead the team from the front, and demonstrate by setting an example by him of a Work-o-holic spirit.

- To disseminate the information Appropriately to The Management, Tax Advisors, Tax Lawyers & to the Team members.

- To recognize, evaluate outsourcing agencies. Appoint and coordinate with the same for certain Finance & Accounts function to maintain lean Organization Structure.
