Job Description - Our client is a large FMCG organization with a market leading product portfolio. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a senior finance professional to join them as a group financial controller.

Our client is a large FMCG organization with a market leading product portfolio. They have been looking to expand their product portfolio as well as grow geographically. As part of their expansion plan, they are looking for a senior finance professional to manage financial control for entire business and drive growth and transformation.

Description

Reporting into CFO, you will be responsible for:

- Managing all financial tasks, accounting & budgeting leading a team of finance professionals

- Timely and accurate reporting of financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP etc.

- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closing of financial- Balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow statements

- Consolidation of Financial of all business units, subsidiaries

- Ensuring the completion of internal & statutory audit completion in a timely and accurate manner.

- Develop and maintain internal controls and standard operating procedure; act as custodian of all the company assets including cash flow management.

- Ensuring the adherence with the Tax framework in the country including TP monitoring.

- Drive system and process improvements including new implementations

- Develop and manage relationships with business partners and maintain various work to achieve business performance; provide financial insight to the CFO and commercial teams and actively contribute to building the business

Profile

- You would have around 15-20 years experience post CA working with a large listed organization in FMCG or any other consumer business.

- Strong finance understanding with hands on experience in consolidation and reporting of balance sheet as per USGAAP, IFRS etc.

- Experience in driving change and finance transformation along with ERP will be preferred

- Strong track record of success in a leadership role managing international stakeholders leading a large team

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
