Financial Controller - CA/CMA - IT (10-15 yrs)
Position Summary
- Manage Finance/Accounts function for group companies with multiple business lines in multiple geographies.
- Team handling under multicultural environment with ability to acquire, groom, motivate and manage team.
- Having in depth of end to end knowledge of business cycle of service industry and more specifically software industry, shall be able to support management with all finance, accounting and management accounting related activities.
- Shall play active role during business planning by providing necessary support to business teams and support the management to come up with global consolidated plan.
- Management reporting with exceptions by business unit and by project
- Project Cost Reviews and Monitoring
- Business forecasting with the sport of business team.
- Cash Flow management - Sound knowledge of commercials and shall support business teams with commercial and legal inputs.
- Contract review and risk assessment
- Shall periodically review improve upon processes and procedure
- Shall have ability to design and develop processes and procedures wherever needed
- Shall be able to work in a combination of structured as well as unstructured environment .
Capabilities
Education: Professionally Qualified CA/CMA equivalent with 10 to 15 years post qualification experience.
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in software and services industry.
Technical Skills: Strong accounting background with ability to look at things from business point of view. Good knowledge of middle eastern tax laws would be an advantage.
- Should have worked in ERP environment, ideally Oracle ERP
Behavioral Skills:
- Good communication skill. Ability to manage/groom team members while maintaining conducive work environment.
- Good interpersonal skills.
