Financial Controller - CA (7-15 yrs)
- Supervise and ensure all financial transactions are carried out accurately by sub-ordinates and within time;
- Review MIS reports generated by the entities & provide inputs to the Management
- Pro-actively provide strategic inputs on performance of portfolio investments;
- Responsible for review of tax working compiled by team for legal entities within the Group and ensuring tax compliances within due dates for all taxes i.e. Direct and Indirect;
- Review and take proactive steps for tax computation, payment and filing within due dates i.e. for Corporate tax, tax audit, TDS, GST, etc.;
- Co-ordination in assessments and hearings in direct and indirect tax matters;
- Provide strategic inputs related to tax matters;
- Part of statutory audit closure
- Stakeholder management - key stakeholders are tax consultants, internal technology team, internal auditor, external auditor, vendors etc.;
- Team player, work jointly within Tax / Finance Function;
- Create environment of mutual trust between Business & Finance;
- Review of internal control processes;
- Improve information / data flow and automate process to reduce timelines, increase accuracy and enhance efficiency;
- Ideal candidate would be a CA with 7-15 yrs of work experience
