Financial Controller - CA

- Qualified member of an Accountancy body (CA, CPA, CIMA)

- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of interdependency of cost drivers

- Demonstrate excellent understanding of the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts profitability

- Ability to generate budgets and accurate reports

- Adopt business partnering approach to finance

- Responsible for accuracy of Financial and MIS reporting

- Responsible for achievement and adherence of target KPIs

- Focus on overall performance of business rather than solely on the numbers.

- Facilitating integration of financial goals with the business objectives

- Building strong relationships and two-way dialogue with all key stakeholders.

- Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills

- Possess strong financial accounting skills

- Keep as up to date on professional subjects

- Ability to provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections

- Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways and eliminate waste

- Develop and implement proactive solutions for waste-reduction

- Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising on quality

- Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals

- Establish rapport with competition and collaborate and advice management of same

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Database management

- Strong working knowledge in any well recognized ERP, preferably SAP

- Demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem solving, and resourcefulness, with a deep commitment to the bottom line without compromising on quality

- Well-read and well informed on world current affairs and historical perspectives
