Financial Controller - CA (5-15 yrs)
- Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years' experience in the industry preferably at start-ups
- Experience in book-keeping, timely preparation of financial statements and coordination with auditors
- Should be updated with the laws applicable to the company and ensure the compliance for the same
- Prior experience in compliance with direct and indirect tax laws and ensure filing of various returns, reply to notices, appeal matters, scrutiny etc
- AR/AP Management
- Set up processes and systems and improve existing systems
- Ability to identify weak controls and revenue leakages and introduce internal controls
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain stakeholders' relations
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and introduce automation in various functions
