The role is responsible for Monitoring cash flow, determining profitability, managing expenses and producing accurate financial information.

Education : CA - 3 to 10yrs

- Maintaining of Books of Accounts of Associate Entity in accordance with the US GAAP.

- Closing & reporting ,USGAAP reporting , SEC reporting and Regulatory reporting, Finance controllership

- Experience in Internal & External Audit

- Conversant with US Compliances and filing of federal/State tax returns

- Managing day-to-day banking transactions

- Supporting the Consolidation process

- Experience in Stakeholder Management as roles involve dealing with Legal, Marketing, Operation, and regional Finance team.
