Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of 12 to 15 years from QSR/CDR/Restaurant/FMCG/Retail industry.
- Lead the finance and accounting team, overseeing the management of accounting records, enhancement of financial performance, identification and mitigation of risks, compliance with tax laws, the Companies Act, and other regulations, preparation and publication of financial statements, monitoring of expenditures, coordination of auditing processes, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
- As Financial Controller, you will oversee all finance and accounting functions, ensuring smooth operations and accurate reporting.
- This includes managing accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, payroll, and restaurant-specific P&Ls. You'll lead ERP/POS implementations, prepare monthly financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Additionally, you'll manage treasury functions, maintain strong banking relationships, and ensure adequate liquidity.
- You'll collaborate with the Business Controls team to develop robust internal controls, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- You'll also provide insightful financial reporting to the leadership team, prepare board decks, and conduct variance analyses.
- Finally, you'll implement and optimize financial structures for individual brands, including impairment analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
