Financial Controller

What will be your duties & responsibilities?

1. Financial Reporting:

1. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements

2. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements

3. Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders

2. Audit and Compliance:

1. Coordinate and support external audits

2. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements

3. Maintain financial records and documentation

3. MIS Management:

1. Oversee the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS)

2. Ensure the MIS is effectively utilized to support financial reporting and decision-making

3. Provide due diligence reports and recommendations to senior management

4. Cash Flow Management:

1. Monitor cash flow and liquidity

2. Manage accounts payable and receivable

3. Implement effective cash management strategies

5. Financial Systems and Tools:

1. Evaluate and implement financial software and tools to streamline processes

2. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems

6. Team Leadership:

1. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals

2. Provide guidance and training to team members.

What are the key requirements & skills?

1. CA/MBA (top tier only) with ~3-6 years of experience in Business Finance/FP&A/Corporate

2. Strategy/Financial controlling teams

3. She/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while building and managing the finance function

4. Manage the team effectively

5. Very efficient with PPT, MS office, and presentation skills.

6. Very good communication skills

7. Mandatory to have an experience in Big4 company
