Financial Consultant - Finance & Accounts

The job involves the following activities to be undertaken for our clients:

1) Designing & implementing "Finance Control" solutions based on specific needs of the clients

2) Driving efficiencies in the workflow of the Finance & Accounts department to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of financial statements on monthly basis

3) Providing suggestions to make the processes efficient, smart, leaner, timely, accurate and complete

4) Prepare financial plans based upon the business assumptions

5) Conduct detailed analysis of business performance and provide valuable insights to leadership

The qualifying skills required for this role are as below.

1) CFA or MBA-Finance with 2 to 3 years of work experience in finance control functions, like planning & budgeting, financial analysis by getting into the depth of business performance

2) Experience either with a finance BPO or a consulting firm

3) English communication skills are a must, both oral and written
