Financial Analyst - Strategy Department - CA/IIM

The Role : Strategic Planning and Analysis:

Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.

- Act as a liaison between the finance department and other business units to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Financial Management:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.

Business Performance:

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.

- Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Other activities :

- Perform financial due diligence and risk assessments

- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and the board of directors.

- Act as a liaison between the finance department and other business units to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
